Chocolate, Cinnamon & Coffee
Roasty Buds’ Traditional Mexican Chocolate Coffee takes 100% Arabica beans sourced from Chiapas, Mexico, and combines them with natural chocolate and cinnamon oils. The result is a medium-roast coffee with rich chocolate notes and a subtle cinnamon flavor.
It’s inspired by the familiar taste of Mexican hot chocolate, but designed for your everyday cafecito. You can drink it black, add milk or cream, or even serve it iced.
And there’s no added sugar, so you’re getting the chocolate-and-cinnamon flavor without turning your morning cup into a dessert.
There’s A Story Behind The Flavor
What makes this one especially interesting is that the idea came from a family tradition. Roasty Buds founder Lou grew up in Laredo, Texas, drinking Mexican hot chocolate with his family. That childhood experience eventually inspired him to create a coffee that captured those same flavors.
After months of experimenting with different blends, the company landed on its Traditional Mexican Chocolate Coffee. And apparently, the final approval came from the most important person of all: Mom.
That’s a pretty good origin story for a cup of coffee.
